The entire third floor is a sunny master suite oasis featuring fine modern furnishings, a private sitting area with a desk, and a generous spa bathroom with an oversized shower. Enjoy some peace and quiet while admiring the harbor and island views in every direction.
The first floor includes a bedroom with three twin beds, a brand-new luxury full bath, and a spacious sitting area.
Common Areas
A second-floor open living area with breathtaking views in every direction divides the three-story cottage separating the kids’ space from the adult space and offering everyone the privacy they need with the comfort they deserve.
The open concept living area with brand new kitchen has incredible views of New Harbor, Mitchell Farm, and conservation land.
Two different decks allow you to enjoy sun or shade any time of day. Savor your morning coffee outside and watch the sunrise. In the evening, pour a cocktail and be mesmerized by the famous Block Island sunset over New Harbor. The living, dining, and sitting areas provide plenty of space for the family to spread out.
